I ended up staying awake for most of the night, because I found it hard to sleep after such an exciting day, or then again, I might have been excited about the fact that I was going to receive money today.

During that time, I managed to wash two loads of laundry and wash the dishes, so I guess that I was quite productive, even though the delusions were bad as always.

It’s really quite something when you think about it; I am a young person, living the best days of my life, and I can barely brush my teeth once a day without feeling anxious and depressed. Mental illness is scary as hell.

Later the morning I took a shower to wash the sweat off my body, slathered my skin in basic lotion, and dressed in neat clothes. It made me feel fresh and good. I also took my morning medicine.

Later the day I logged in to the online bank service to see if I had received money. I paid a bill, paid for my Netflix subscriptions, and purchased a mobile ticket to the movie Syysprinssi, and a ticket to the Liquorice & Salmiakki festival on Saturday.

After renewing my Netflix subscription, I watched a bit of the movie based on the Darren Shan book about the freak circus. I read the book when I was a teenager, back then when I actually could focus on reading books.

I decided to go back to bed, and slept all the way to ten o’clock in the morning.

I was already up when my mother called me and asked if I can go looking for the new winter coat and boots.

I met her in the shopping center, we managed to purchase a pair of comfortable winter boots (I am going to buy another pair soon, so they are just a replacement) but my mother was not satisfied with my choice of winter coat, she told me it looks a bit like an old lady’s coat. Nevertheless, I might buy it with my own money soon.

I went back home, listened to some music and re- arranged my stuff.

Later the day I left again, I took a train to Helsinki and went to the movies to see the aforementioned movie Syysprinssi, the Autumn Prince. It’s about two ex- lovers who meet years later when he has been committed into mental hospital, and due to electroshock treatment he has lost his memory, so she tells him the story of their relationship in the 70’s and 80’s when she was a punk and he was a hippie. I have read the book many times, and it never gets boring.

After the movies I went back to Myyr York, but travelled back to Helsinki because I wanted to go to a few shops.
I visited Indiska, Cybershop, Gina Tricot, Monki, Hennes & Mauritz, Aurinko, they are my favourite clothing shops. I also went to my favourite thrift stores, the ones that sell vintage clothes, and I was absolutely blown away by all the gorgeous clothes! As soon as I receive money next week, I will go buy every single one of the dresses I swooned at.

Once back home, it was dark and I was tired but happy.
