I scratched my face while sleeping, and woke up with my skin puffy and red. I have decided to stop using “beautifying” products like face wash and lotions, from now on I will use only water and basic lotion.
I got up after my mother had got up and turned on the fairy lights on the Christmas tree.
I took my morning medicine, brushed my teeth, washed my face, showered my underbelly, dabbed lotion on my skin, and dressed into neat clothes.
I ate oatmeal porridge for breakfast. I couldn’t help noticing that even simple food always tasted better at my parents’ home.
After breakfast, me and mother went for a walk in the forest. I am glad I went, I had a good time looking at nature and getting plenty of exercise and fresh air.
Once back home, my dad and brother had got up as well. We watched Christmas movies and had coffee. I helped my mother make lunch.
Later the afternoon I went for a walk alone, I walked past my old grade school and junior high school, the latter had been demolished because there was mould in the inside air, and it was making people sick.
I walked back to my parents’ home. My new vegan biker boots were still a bit stiff, but I managed walking with them. Once back at my parents’ home, I felt like I was absolutely glowing with positive energy.
Later the day my brother went back to his own home. I helped mom do housework, plucked the hairs off my chin, anything to keep boredom at bay.
I had dinner with my mother, and coffee after that. I watched the Christmas special of Keeping Up Appearances, the one where Richard dresses up as Father Christmas; I have seen it almost every Christmas ever since I was a kid, and I own it on DVD, but it never fails to amuse me every time I see it!
At eight o’clock in the evening I took my medicine, I have taken up the habit of taking my medicine at that time. I used to take it at nine o’clock in the evenings, but I take it earlier so I will fall asleep earlier, and not stay awake till midnight.
Tomorrow I will go back to my own home, I guess I’m going to walk back there considering that I still haven’t found my travel card, and besides it’s always good exercise.
I am going to finish the rest of the housework; hoover the floor and then mop it, including from under the furniture, swab the kitchen counter and writing desk, tidy up the bathroom, iron the laundry, and in the evening I am going to wash the dishes.
At some point, I will go to the gym and have a proper work- out. I will walk on the treadmill for an hour at the maximum, and then use each of the work- out machines.
