And what do you know, I woke up at four o’clock and didn’t get any sleep, I already felt very chipper. I decided to get up because I didn’t feel like just tossing and turning in my bed, and besides, I knew that if I fell back asleep, I would still be asleep at noon.
I took my morning medicine, had a wash, did face-, neck- and foot exercises, and dressed up.
I drank my morning coffee and surfed on the Internet.
I logged in to my online bank account to see if I had received money, yep I had.
Just to kill time, I took a nap and slept all the way to noon. I tried calling my social worker, but you must call the city council first and ask them to put you through. I was told that Nita, my social worker wasn’t available.
Later the day Suavecita called me and asked me if it’s okay that she comes for a visit tomorrow afternoon, I said it’s alright.
Tiinu called me and told me that she won’t be able to come visit me today, I said it’s alright. And besides, I already had plenty of stuff to do, I wouldn’t be able to visit Pearl House today.
I was still feeling groggy, but I didn’t feel like lying in bed all day so I got up and left.
I took a train to Stick City, and went to the bank to withdraw money. I also asked if I can get a new PIN code for my Visa Electron, I received it as a text message.
I took a train to Martin Valley, and went to the local library to print out my account statement for two months. I also printed the broadband and phone bills that my social worker had failed to pay.
I took a bus to Mole Hill and went to the social security office. I filled out an application for income supplement, so I could get the bills paid and receive a voucher for recharging my travel card.
I went back home to relax and drink a cup of coffee, and then I was off again; I went to the library to return a stack of books, comic albums, and a CD.
I went to the stationery shop and bought a plastic ruler I can use for measuring the knitted quilt squares.
Then I went to the supermarket and bought a box of chocolate- covered raisins. Normally I dislike raisins, but they taste good covered in chocolate.
I took a bus to Hell City, and went to an eco- market to buy a canister of scentless laundry detergent and a toothbrush.
I hung around for a while, and then I took a bus to Stone City and then a train back home.
Once back home, I fetched the bedlinen from the drying room, folded them and put them into the bureau of drawers.
I put the shopping to their rightful places, warmed some soup for dinner, and took all the stuffs off the floor and put them into higher places. I hoovered the floor, including from under the furniture. Then I took out the trash.
Before bedtime, I read about Dante’s Divine Comedy on Wikipedia.
Tomorrow I will go visit my mother, I will walk- push my bicycle to my parents’ home so my dad can give it its annual tune- up. My mother will give me the weekly allowance, she will also give me her old reflective backpack.
Suavecita will visit me at two o’clock in the afternoon.
I will go to movies with Eleclya, we will go see the X- Men film Logan. At some point I should go to the gym, and finish doing housework; I need to mop the floor, including the bathroom and under the furniture. I also need to hoover the sofa- bed and the mattress.
