I have been doing really well. 

I have gone to the gym regularly, overcome my iced coffee addiction, walked to my parents' home and back, done the face & neck & foot & hand exercises, eaten regular meals, and listened to lots of music, watched lots of movies, knitted blanket squares, and I have taken up the habit of reading a book every time I go for a train or bus ride. 


I still have delusions, but they are not as bothersome as they used to be. I still feel depressed and anxious at times, but usually they are just because of exhaustion or my blood sugar acting up.
