I had a dream where I was in my former junior high, it was the final school day before the summer break began. It was a grey, dull, chilly and rainy day, the typical Finnish summer weather. I went to the nearby forest and found that some of the girls had hidden their drawings in the forest; they were characters from the cartoon Gravity Falls, such as Soos and Bill Cipher. The girls were a bit nasty to each other, but they were nice to me, one dark- skinned girl showed me hir hidden stash of chocolate bars.
The dream went on, I walked along the road and sang School's out by Alice Cooper; I have those dreams very often, where it's the last day of school before summer and I am singing that song.
I got up about at midday, took my morning medicine and dressed up to the first clothes I found from my closet, and then went to pick up my mail.
I had received four letters from the welfare office or whatevs it's called; the first said that my rehabilitation grant is extended; the second said that my housing benefit is extended; the third said that my guarantee welfare is extended; the fourth one was a notification about me being a pensioner so I can get discount when I recharge my travel card.
I drank too much water as I usually do when my period is due, because my body retains water and I need to keep up the balance.
I called my mom and lied to hir that my school day had ended, and asked hir if I can come over. (To be honest, I wouldn't visit my parents at all if they didn't have coffee.) Zie sighed and said it was okay, I knew it wasn't okay but I went there anyway.
It was the same kind of "beginning of summer break" weather as it usually is; it was raining, the sky was grey and the chilly wind blew. I wore my kitty hoodie so I wouldn't catch the cold as I usually do when it rains.
I took the bus 55 to Raappavuori. Mom was home, zie made coffee and baked an apple pie, and warmed some salmon and potatoes in the microwave oven for my lunch.
During my visit, I mostly avoided my mom; I wanted to hug hir and talk to hir, but I also didn't want to bother hir.
Later the day when zie went grocery shopping, and I took the bus 53 back to Myyrmäki. I visited Citymarket to buy a small bar of raspberry yoghurt chocolate, just because I wanted to get rid of my coins.
Once home, I felt really bummed out. I managed to wash a load of laundry, so the day wasn't completely wasted.
