I managed to wash the dishes and take my nutritional supplements before going to bed.
I felt strange, I knew it was night but I still felt like doing something; housework, surfing on the Internet, going to see my parents, or going for a walk… I wrote about this into my diary, and then I just put the book and pen down, turned off the light, wrapped myself into my blanket, closed my eyes and ZZZzzzzZZZ
I had a really peculiar dream. I lived with my brother in an apartment that looked very much like the one where my grandparents, from my mother’s side, lived when they were still alive.
In the dream the apartment house was in an area in the middle of forests and fields, like Kellokoski.
I had to walk a long way to a convenience shop to buy the necessary food items. For some reason, I didn’t feel too bad about being poor, because I had my brother help me. In the dream I said “We might not have much, but we have each other”.
I had other peculiar dreams, and when I finally was awake, I thought if I would like to go to the fitness center after all because I felt like sleeping. Nevertheless, I managed to get up and brush my teeth and have a proper wash, put on the 80’s dress I had bought, and made breakfast.
It was almost half past three o’clock in the afternoon and the fitness center would be closed at five o’clock, so I decided to go to the fitness center first and then go see my parents.
When I walked to the fitness center, I was feeling anxious and moody and my nose was full of snot, and once in the gym, the locker door didn’t work. I put my stuffs to another locked, and made it work.
I went to the gym and noticed that both of the treadmills were taken, so I went to the “small gym” and noticed that there were two treadmills, and they were far better than the ones in the main gym.
I walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes on Manual setting, then 4 minutes on the Cool Down setting. I felt very light on my feet, and felt my cheeks glow.
I used all the exercise machines, and then I was done.
I walked to the Myyrmäki bus station and took the bus 571 to Raappavuori.
When I arrived, the first thing mom said to me was to complain about my dress, which is an original 80’s vintage Marimekko dress. And I accidentally spilled coffee on it, but fortunately it was a small amount.
I ate plum tarts, cashew nuts, and drank coffee.
I used my mother’s laptop to check out my balance on the online bank service, and what do you know, I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed that I had received 126 euros. It was from the social office, it’s usual that they give me a bit extra when the year changes.
The shops were soon to be closed, so I decided to leave. I hugged and kissed both of my parents goodbye and told them I would see them next week.
I took the bus 565 to Myyrmäki, and went to Citymarket to buy knitting yarn. Too bad all the cashier lines were too long and the shopping center would be closed for today in about five minutes, so I decided to buy them next week. Still, I managed to visit Hennes & Mauritz and buy a pair of trousers and some gifts for my friends.
I should also start investing in Valentine’s cards, and of course enough stamps to mail them.
Once back home, I washed a load of laundry and talked on the phone with Suavecita, we decided to hang out next week.
I still need to hoover the floor and wash the dishes this evening, and tomorrow I need to finish the rest of the housework.
I hoovered the floor a minute ago, and there is still dirt on the floor! It always happens when I put the hoover away.
My ASPA worker’s substitute will visit me tomorrow, before noon. I don’t remember the exact time, but I have set my smartphone’s alarm clock to ring at ten o’clock in the morning.
I will also have an appointment with my own nurse at the psychiatric clinic at two o’clock in the afternoon.
Between those meetings, I will go shopping. I need to buy knitting yarn, Valentine’s day cards, artefacts, notebooks, and perhaps I will finally go to movies to see this Finnish children’s movie I have wanted to see for a long time.
