I think I have some sort of an obsession with healthy life; if I don’t live my everyday life hundred percent healthily, I feel wrecked with guilt. Of course, there’s no one who can actually live their life completely healthily. And besides, it’s hard to live even a tiny bit healthily, when your everyday life is hanging to the last thread of your sanity.
I had a dream where Etsy was a small cosy wooden house somewhere in Vantaa, it served both as a college where I attended and a shop where they sold those products that were available on Etsy. I rode my bicycle there and memorized every place where I rode through. In the dream it was a sunny summer day.
I also had a dream of attending a Pokémon- themed cruise on a ship and running to glitch ghost Pokémon. I also dreamed about the fate of the old mini- mall in Martinlaakso, which is going to be closed down for good this year.
In another dream I was bullied by my old schoolmates, and in another dream I travelled in the Tardis to the 50’s Americana.
I got up about at noon, took my morning medicine and to my chagrin, I didn’t bother with the morning routines.
I dressed up and had coffee, and wondered what to do during day time since I didn’t feel like doing housework as I was supposed to do.
I took a long nap, after getting up I called my mom and told her I am coming over.
I took the bus 571 to Raappavuori. It was sunny outside.
Once in my parents’ home, mom was heading to the sauna and asked if I wanted to come along, I said yes.
Once in the sauna, I used this birch- scented, honey- infused lotion that is supposed to be used before going to the sauna, it’s supposed to be good for your skin. Then I washed my hair, and we both used this milk and honey- infused body scrub. After the second visit to the sauna, I conditioned my hair.
Once in the dressing room, I rubbed basic lotion on my skin and then we went back to my parents’ apartment. I blow- dried my hair, and I looked very beautiful and also felt good and fresh.
I had coffee and cinnamon buns, and also some orange juice and cashew nuts.
Later the day it was getting dark, I was supposed to head back home. I hugged mom and told her I am coming again tomorrow.
I travelled to Myyrmäki on a bus, and visited Myyrmanni shopping center for a while, even if most of my favourite shops were closed for the day; only Citymarket and the pharmacy were open.
Once back home, I did some housework. I cleaned the floor drain from all the loose hairs and the general muck that it had collected, and scrubbed the toilet bowl. Then I hoovered and mopped the visible part of the floor.
I also took out the recyclable waste; carton, paper, and metal.
The rest of the housework I need to do is to hoover and mop the floor under the furniture, take the carpet out for dusting, swab the top of the writing desk and the kitchen counter, scrub the bathroom sink and mop the bathroom floor.
After taking my evening medicine, I managed to both floss and brush my teeth, and also wash my face and dab some lotion on it. To be honest, I don’t actually brush my teeth and have a proper wash too often, so every time I actually do it, it counts as a small victory.
I made myself three tuna sandwiches for supper, but I got the hiccups from the rye bread and after finishing, my stomach still felt empty.
Tomorrow I am going to visit my parents again. Mom said she will be away for most of the day, and she also left me some money. I need to buy milk and perhaps a lip balm, I have to keep at least one stick of lip balm in my bedside drawer, one in my bathroom cabinet, and one in my cosmetics purse in my backpack.
