(no subject)

Yesterday was a bit of a bad day for me; I got up late in the afternoon and didn't feel like bothering with morning routines. I just took my morning medicine, went back to bed, and slept till evening when my head started aching and I threw up everything I had eaten to this point.
I took my evening medicine, and managed to keep that inside. I changed into pajamas and went to bed.

This morning I felt a bit better, but I still didn't bother with the morning routines; I just took my morning medicine, and dressed into yesterday's clothes.
I called my mother and asked her if it's okay that I come over, and I asked her if dad is home, she said that dad has gone to work.

I took the bus 55 to Raappavuori. Later mom went grocery shopping, meanwhile I took a shower and bathed like never before, I washed my hair and body and anointed my skin with Aqualan L; it's a Finnish basic lotion sold in pharmacies, and the only kind of lotion that my atopic skin tolerates. Fortunately I have it as a prescription.

I think I drank too much coffee into an empty stomach, because once I was back at my own home, my arms quivered and my eyes felt blurry, and I felt nervous. Still, I managed to wash a load of laundry, fetch the last load of laundry from the downstairs drying room, and hoover the floor.

I went to Helsinki just to kill time, but I still felt a bit nervous. I visited the eco- market to look for hygiene products I am going to buy tomorrow. I have to see how far my meager finances will last.

I decided to go see my mom again, I took the P train to Myyrmäki and called my mom on the way, she said it was okay. I took the bus 55 to Raappavuori.

Once in my parents' home, I felt better, calm and content. Mom gave me 25 euros as grocery money.

I walked to the Martinlaakso bus station and took the bus 510 to Myyrmäki. I visited Citymarket to buy a few groceries, and then I went to the stationery shop. I bought this amazing pen that has fuschia ink that can be erased with the special eraser on the top of the pen, and also asked the shop assistant to take a notebook out of the plastic cover to see if it had ruled pages. Because I didn't want the notebook to be wasted, I asked the shop assistant to set it aside for me, so I can buy it tomorrow.

I also went to Mike's Diner, a 50's style diner in the train station, and pigged out on a huge portion of fish and chips.

To be honest, I am thinking of giving up all treats like candy, chocolate, cookies, cupcakes, crisps, and others, just for my own good. It's because every time I eat one simple treat, the satisfaction doesn't last long, and usually the treats just give me a stomach ache and a regret for spending my money. I truly felt like I was six months pregnant when I staggered home with my full stomach.

I managed to take my evening medicine, brush my teeth, wash my armpits, and anoint my face and body with Aqualan L, change into nighties, and update my blog.

Tomorrow I won't have any special appointments but as it is Wednesday, I will receive money.
The first thing to do is to renew my Netflix order and pay 25 dollars to Sugar Lips as half of a payment for a commission (can't wait to see the finished version!) and then go to the bank to withdraw the rest of the money.
I have to pick up my two mended dresses from the dressmaker's, buy a week's worth of groceries, some underwear, and the notebook from the stationery shop. Then I have to travel to Helsinki and visit the eco- market to buy hygiene products.

I feel better now, I listened to music on Spotify and I don't feel all achy- pukey anymore.
