My sleeping pattern seems to change every once in a while; during the summer I woke up somewhere between 5 - 9 feeling chipper and managed to get up right away, without the help of an alarm clock. Then there are days when I sleep all the way to afternoonin the evening and still feel like a zombie fart.
I hated it when I attended the business college, I had to get up each morning at half past five o’clock, make my bed, take my medicine, brush my teeth, have a wash, pick up a clean and neat outfit, cook a healthy breakfast and eat it... especially when it was dark and murky and cold outside, not to mention if it rained, I simply couldn't get my brain to work .
It does me no good when I am woken up in the middle of my deepest dream cycle, and have to get up and start being productive and responsible. Just like many mentally challenged students and workers know, it simply does not work that way.

I had a nightmare where I somehow ended up in an airport right in the middle of nowhere in Lapland, and desperately tried to scrounge up enough cash for a ticket back home.
What made the dream even more unpleasant was that I realized it was a dream, but I still didn’t wake up. I kept on running from one place to another and actually tried to pinch my arm, but still wouldn’t wake up.
In another dream I was in Kangasala where my grandmother lives, I was walking peacefully along a lakeshore and someone was following me with bad intentions.
In another dream I was visiting Rautalampi, and the streets were running with blood- red lava.
Probably the nicest dream was the crossover between Doctor Who and Lord of the Rings where Gandalf the Grey gave me the One Ring and told me to take it to Trenzalore.

I got up and felt moody and grumpy. I took my morning medicine, dressed up and tried to make myself look fresh. Then I called my mom and told her I am coming over, and caught the bus 571 to Raappavuori.

Once in my parents’ home, mom had left me 20 euros. I grabbed the money, put it into my wallet and I was secretly pleased at how easy it is to pilfer money from my mom.
I made coffee, drank some orange juice and ate cinnamon buns and cherry tomatoes.

Mom had went to a hairdresser, when she came back I told her I am happy for having such a beautiful mother. Mom gave me a nasty glare and told me to stop being a sycophant, and also complained about the clothes I was wearing.
Mom complained about being tired, even if it wasn’t even three o’clock in the afternoon and she had only been at a hairdresser. I guess she is just weary due to old age, after all she turned 65 years old last June.

I went home so I wouldn't bother my dear old mom while she took a nap.
I caught the bus 571 to Myyrmäki and visited Myyrmanni shopping center to buy two boxes of tissues and a cute greeting card to Carol Anne.
Once back home, put the tissue boxes to the kitchen cupboard where I stash my hygiene products and wrote and stamped the card for Carol Anne. Later the day I headed to the youth group in Myöhätuuli.

I caught the bus 571 to Pähkinärinne, once in Myöhätuuli I just scribbled into my diary, ate gingerbread dough, and drank cocoa.

Later I headed back to Myyrmäki on the bus 571, once again, and went home. Later I noticed that I have been sitting in front of my laptop for almost an hour and half. I haven’t even made my bed, and the dirty dishes are still unwashed, and I still haven’t ironed the laundry. I should also wash my gym clothes.

In the evening I felt like my train of thought was going 1000 miles an hour, so I had to take my evening medicine at seven o’clock. I managed to brush my teeth and have a wash, so that's a plus.

Tomorrow I will receive money. The first thing to do is to renew my Netflix subscription, and then go withdraw the money and buy groceries.

🌻 I know I should be sleeping, but I am so stoked on life that I won't come down from this mental high :>

🌻 The mail deliverers have gone on a strike in Finland. Too bad it's during the Xmas season, that's when people send packages and cards. I am going to send mail anyway :3

🌻 I have decided to update my blog each day on December, with the title "On the --- day of Xmas, my true love gave to me". I am also going to take photos, you can request a photo for me to take!

Here’s a list of Xmas gifts I am going to buy my family members:

My mom will receive three pairs of Fiskars household scissors with a Moomin design, a pair of comfy woolly socks, a small jar of face cream from BodyShop, and a “Best mom ever!” coffee mug.

My father will receive skincare products from LUSH, a Sudoku book or two, and a “Best dad ever!” coffee mug.

My brother will get something Star Wars related merchandise, perhaps a Darth Vader and a Yoda plushie, skin & haircare products from Lush and Bodyshop. And a “World’s Okayest Brother” mug from Etsy.

As for myself, I am going to buy My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic duvet set, and a calendar for the next year.

I'm writing this list as a memo about the game Pokémon: RED I am playing right now. Fortunately I have Strategywiki and Bulbapedia to help me.

Right now my PokéDEX sez I have seen 149 Pokémon, and own 109.

The Pokémon I need to catch and/or raise are the following, I will strike them out when I have caught them:
Poliwag I fished it with Super Rod in Pallet Town and raised it to Poliwhirl. I purchase a Water Stone from Celadon City Dept Store and evolved it to Poliwrath.
Arbok I raised an Ekans into Arbok.
Cloyster I used Water Stone to evolve Shellder into it.
Haunter I raised my Gastly into Haunter.
Tangela I caught a Venonat from Safari Zone is Fuschia City and traded it for a Tangela.
Horsea I fished one with Super Rod on Cinnabar Island.

Last night I stayed awake all the way to half past three o’clock in the morning. I should ask my doctor to prescribe me stronger tranquillizers.

I ate a whole package of Fazermint, dark chocolate confections with mint fondant filling. My best friend Suavecita hates mint chocolates, while I think they’re one of my favorite along with the ones with soft fudge filling.

I played Pokémon: RED on and managed to catch a decent amount of new ‘mons, I have about 111 individual ones right now.
Too bad that most ‘mons like Haunter, Graveler, and Machoke can only evolve when traded, and you can only trade ‘mons on a GameBoy with a cable, and I have neither of them.
I’m starting to wonder if I should restart the game, but I have already done so much to go so far. Sheesh.
I went to Indigo Plateau and battled the Elite Four and Gary Oak for the umpteenth time, but then I learned that Shellder cannot evolve with EXP. So I purchased a Water Stone from Celadon City Dept Store, and evolved it into Cloyster. One of its attacks is named Aurora Beam, it sounds lovely.

When the credits rolled, I used my smart phone to log in to the online bank service and check my balance. Well, what do you know, I had received 80 euros like I had expected.
I renewed my Netflix subscription with PayPal, as usual I was told that the payment had failed but yet I managed to watch the content on Netflix. It does that every time, and it works anyway.

I was thinking about ordering a shirt from SnorgTees, or some random crap from Etsy. I realized that I shouldn’t spend my money on frivolity just because I happen to have it.

I slept a few hours and had a dream about the following day; trying to find a decent outfit, trying to find the light switch, and trying to make ends meet with the meagre amount of money I had received, and failing everything. Fortunately Doctor Who visited my dream and made it more pleasant.

I was awakened by my ever so trustworthy alarm clock ringing at nine o’clock in the morning. I got up, turned it off, changed my jammies into underwear and went back to bed.

I got up at noon, feeling quite spaced out but not too bad.
I put on my kilt (actually it’s a tartan skirt but I prefer calling it a kilt) and a nice long- sleeved shirt to go with it, and then I was off to the bank.

It snowed lightly during the weekend, but now the temperature was about five degrees warm and all the snow had melted.

I like the bank where I have my deposit account. So few people use it nowadays that I never have to stand in a queue while waiting for my turn, usually I am the only customer when I visit the bank.
Anyway, I was feeling antsy so I didn’t feel like sitting on the couch and eating the complimentary candy; I remember last month when I ate one piece of the free candy while my stomach was empty, and I had to take a huge dump when I got home from my shopping trip.
It’s really amazing how much poop I can fit into my body, this slim little thing.

I went to withdraw 70 euros from the cash point, and then went to Citymarket to buy a meagre amount of groceries; bananas, satsumas, rye bread, milk, tuna, and something else I probably forgot.

I went to a toy shop named BR Lelut, but I couldn’t find the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic advent calendar from the shelves. I asked the cashier, she told me that they have just received a cargo of new products, including the MLP: FIM advent calendars, but it takes a while to undo it. I thanked them and said I will visit later.

I was feeling unhappy that I couldn’t afford more groceries and that the MLP:FIM advent calendars were sold out just when I was able to afford them, but then again, at least I had cash money left. And I can always buy it next week.

I went back home and put the groceries into the fridge, wondering why the inside of my refrigerator smelled like fart.
I drank a couple of iced lattes and started writing today’s journal entry into a text platform. I also remembered to take my morning medicine.
Then I remembered that I was supposed to meet my therapist today, just to make sure I called her and asked her about it. She said yes, we had agreed for an appointment today at quarter past two in the afternoon.
To be honest, I felt like skipping the appointment because I was so caught up in my writing, but then I decided to take my laptop along.

I took the I train to Helsinki, and I wasn’t as afraid as I usually am when taking the train.

The appointment with my therapist was actually very nice, we talked about lots of things.
Too bad I’m running out of appointments, she told me that we have less than ten appointments left. Of course, I can always continue attending therapy, but on the other hand I won’t receive funding for it anymore, whether it’s from KELA or Valtava.
My mom told me once she can pay for my therapy, but I’m too scared to ask her again because she has such a temper, especially when it comes to me.

After the appointment, I bought two bottles of iced latte and went to the Kamppi subway station to sit around, drink the lattes and write away on my laptop.
One nice old lady came to greet me and ask what I was doing, we talked a bit.

I realized that I was running out of ideas; I had to get new experiences so I could write more into this entry. I decided to get off my ass and travel to Myyrmäki through the usual urbane adventure; first a subway to Mellunmäki, then a bus to Tikkurila, then the Ring Rail Line or whatevsies the train was called, to Myyrmäki. Here’s to hoping my laptop battery won’t run out.

On the subway train to Mellunmäki, an old lady grabbed my shoulder to keep her balance when she got off. I smiled at her, and thought that it was nice to be of help so she wouldn’t fall down and hurt herself. And fortunately it wasn’t a dirty old man or any kind of other man.

On the subway train I heard a baby bawling their lungs out, it sounded like one of the dinosaurs in the original Jurassic Park. I have this game for my own amusement, when I hear a baby bawling I try to figure out what kind of creature’s noise it reminds me of, whether real or fictional.

When the subway came out of a tunnel, I noticed that the sun had set and it was dark outside. And it was only about four o’clock in the afternoon. But then again, it’s the winter season when it gets dark early.

Once in Mellunmäki, I looked at the timetables on a digital screen; the bus 560 to Myyrmäki would leave in five minutes, but I didn’t know where the bus stop was.
The bus 572 to Myyrmäki would leave in 15 minutes, but I decided to hop onto the bus 562, it stops in Tikkurila where I can easily get a bus or train to Myyrmäki.

I know I could have taken the subway to the Central Railway Station and then the P train to Myyrmäki, but I wasn’t in a hurry and besides it would be nice to see landscapes to cheer me up.

Once in Tikkurila, I caught the bus 571 to Myyrmäki, so everything was fine by then. I was getting anxious, would I ever get back home? And it was depressing to see nothing but complete darkness through the bus window.

Fortunately I had about 30 euros left, but I didn’t know what to buy with them. It’s like when you have a wardrobe full of amazing clothes and nothing to wear, sometimes I have too much money and nothing to buy.

Once in Myyrmäki, I went to Myyrmanni shopping center and bought a sketchbook from the stationery shop, I am going to use it as a diary. I also visited the supermarket to buy two lip balms.

Once back home, it was already six o’clock in the evening. It's amazing how quickly time goes by!
I decided to do the housework I do every Wednesday; scrub the toilet bowl, replace the hand towels, and hoover the floor.

Tomorrow I won’t have any special appointments, but if I have money left I would love to go to see a movie. I also have to go the gym, and my mom told me I can come over tomorrow.
I also need to take a few notebooks to the storage room downstairs, take my broadband bill to the social office, mail Carol Anne's greeting card, take out the trash, return bottles, stuff like that.
