13th March 2016

I spent the entire Saturday sleeping, I don’t know why but I just felt like doing it. I had nice dreams about beautiful places and memories from my youth.
Later the afternoon my best friend Suavecita called me, we talked about things and stuff and then I went back to bed. I thought about visiting my parents, I already looked at the bus timetables, but decided to sleep for the rest of the day.
In the evening I took my evening medicine, put on a nightie and went back to bed.

I had a dream where my mother was in a hospital, she was on the verge of dying and I was really sad.
It made me think that I should spend more time with both of my parents, they’re getting very old (my mother will be 66 years old in summer, my father is seven years younger than her but is already very tired and ill). You never know which day might be the last one. The same applies to my grandmother whom I shall visit next month, I also call her once every week and send her cards.

I also had a dream where I witnessed a plane crash. This was the third dream of the same subject.
I also had dreams about the fourth Doctor, Rose Tyler, and the Tardis.

I got up about at half past eleven o’clock in the morning, took my morning medicine and dressed up. The skin on my face was dry and flaky, and I also had some pimples that I popped into oblivion.

I took the bus 571 to Raappavuori, and called my mother on the way. I told her I am coming over, she said it was okay.

Once in my parents’ home, dad was napping and mom was making lunch. I drank coffee and orange juice, and ate two chocolate hearts that mom was supposed to give to my older brother ever since Valentine’s day, but she gave me the permission to eat them because my brother wasn’t going to.
I also ate the rest of mother’s sourcream & onion crisps.

Later the day I decided to go for a walk around the neighbourhood before returning home.
I walked all the way to Myllymäki through Vantaankoski, there was a gorgeous sunshine and the birds chirped. Later the day the sky clouded up and the temperature got colder, but I didn’t mind.

I felt so exhausted that I decided to take the bus. Fortunately there was a bus stop right next to me, and the bus 574 arrived almost immediately.
Once in Myyrmäki, I visited the shopping center Myyrmanni just to look at stuff. I already made plans about what to buy to Pinky as a birthday present. She has her birthday on Wednesday, and the actual party on Friday.

I noticed that Citymarket has a device called H20 HD steam cleaner for sale, I saw an advertisement about it on the TV when I went to the social office; the office has a TV bolted to the wall so the customers can watch it for their amusement.
The device is shaped like a vacuum cleaner, except it’s used like a floor mop. It can be used in mopping the floor, or cleaning the carpet, and the hand- held part can be detached and used for cleaning smaller stuff like sinks and basins and toilet bowls. The steam removes about 99,99 percent of the bacteria and viruses in your home, and you don’t need stuff like floor mops, dish rags, or cleaning liquid anymore. The device itself costs about 129 euros, about the amount of my guarantee welfare that I receive each 22nd day of the month. Of course it is expensive, but that way I can save a pretty penny in the long run.

Once back home, I washed a load of laundry, made a couple of sandwiches, took out the recycling, and then I went to see my parents again. First I took a bag of old clothes to a charity shop container, then I mailed the Easter cards to my friends outside Finland, and also one for my grandmother.
Then I went to S- Market in Iso- Myyri shopping center, and took some used batteries to recycling.

Then I took the bus 571 to Raappavuori; I called my mom on the way and asked her if it’s okay that I come for a visit again. She said it’s alright.

Once in my parents’ home, mom was napping on my old bed. I made coffee for myself, and wrote to my diary a little bit.
After leaving, I visited Alepa and bought two big cartons of milk. Then I took the bus 335B to Myyrmäki, and went home.

Once home, I made coffee and watched the rest of the series American Horror Story: Freak Show on DVD. I took a shower and washed my hair.

Tomorrow it will be my friend Luisa’s birthday. I would love to send her something amazing in the mail, but first I need the money to buy presents and mail the package to Mexico.

I will go out for some errands; take my pink Dirndl dress to the dressmaker’s to have it mended, and return some books and stuff to the library. Then I must visit the social office to drop off a bill, and ask them if my social worker has written the vouchers for me yet.
My ASPA worker will visit me at half past two o’clock in the afternoon.
After that, I will visit Amos Anderson art museum, and then go Girls’ House.
