My plans for Monday, July 24th- Sunday, July 30th

Monday, July 24th:
I will continue doing the weekly housecleaning. I need to hoover the floor and scrub the bathroom.
I will go visit the Pearl House in Pole City, and then I will go to Amos Anderson art museum.

Tuesday, July 25th:
I will receive my weekly allowance from the social office.
I will go see three movies on the same day; on midday, I will go see Wonder Woman, War of the Planet of the Apes in the afternoon, and Spider- Man: Homecoming in the evening.

Wednesday, July 26th:
I will go to the gym.
I will go visit my parents, my mom will give me the rest of the monthly allowance. I will buy groceries, and a new toilet brush, toothbrush, and two pairs of rubber gloves; one for washing the dishes, and one for general housework.
I will also buy birthday cards for my friends who were born on August.
I also need to buy more anti- psychotic medicine.
I will also buy a card and a gift to my friend Emjuso's son who has his christening ceremony on Saturday.

Thursday, July 27th:
I will go visit Sederholm Museum and then the museum of Natural Science.

Friday, July 28th:
I will start doing the weekly housework; replace the towels and take the sheets off my bed and wash them; put my mattress and blanket and pillow to the balcony for the day; take out the trash; scrub the toilet bowl; hoover the floor.
My HoivaOnni worker will visit me at half past one o'clock in the afternoon. I  will wash the dishes and iron the laundry while talking with her.
I will go visit my parents, and then I will go visit the National museum.

Saturday, July 29th:
If I get a free ride, I will go to the christening ceremony of Emjuso's child.
If not, I will continue doing housework, and visit Helsinki art museum.

Sunday, July 30th:
I will go visit my parents, and go to the gym. I will continue doing housework.

I have been doing really well. 

I have gone to the gym regularly, overcome my iced coffee addiction, walked to my parents' home and back, done the face & neck & foot & hand exercises, eaten regular meals, and listened to lots of music, watched lots of movies, knitted blanket squares, and I have taken up the habit of reading a book every time I go for a train or bus ride. 


I still have delusions, but they are not as bothersome as they used to be. I still feel depressed and anxious at times, but usually they are just because of exhaustion or my blood sugar acting up.
